This weekend, Phil joined Precision Made Joinery and others for a 20-mile sponsored walk from Bures to Claire, all to raise money for Tommy’s Journey! (Tommy’s Journey is a charity that supports Neonatal Hemochromatosis, a disorder which can affect foetuses and newborn babies, symptoms are usually detected very early in life, typically within 48 hours of birth.)
Despite the less-than-perfect weather, everyone powered through and finished strong with some sore feet and soggy clothes as souvenirs. Phil’s back at work today with a bit of a limp, but he’s all smiles!!
