That is exactly what we helped create for Aunty Ree’s Cookies with a full suite of bespoke print and custom packaging solutions, all produced here at Indigo Ross in Suffolk.
Using our new Veloblade digital die-cutting system, we were able to create cost effective custom packaging alongside a range of branded printed materials that help give Aunty Ree’s Cookies a polished, professional and instantly recognisable identity.
Bespoke Packaging Produced In Suffolk
Aunty Ree’s Cookies needed packaging that felt every bit as special and handmade as the products inside. With our recently installed Veloblade digital die-cutting system, we created a fully bespoke cookie presentation box without the traditional costs and delays often associated with custom packaging production.
Digital die-cutting allows us to produce short-run custom packaging with precision cutting and creasing, making it ideal for artisan food brands, small businesses, events and independent retailers across the UK and nearer to us in Sudbury and Bury St Edmunds.
For this project we produced:

Custom Greaseproof Paper Adds The Finishing Touch
One of our favourite elements from this project was the custom printed greaseproof paper used inside the packaging.
Small details like this can completely transform product presentation, helping brands feel more premium, memorable and social-media ready. The branded greaseproof paper not only protects the cookies during packaging and transport but also reinforces the visual identity of the business every time a box is opened.
Combined with the custom belly bands and presentation box, it creates packaging that feels thoughtful, professional and consistent throughout.
