No Costly Dies or Setup Fees: Traditionally, custom shapes required physical metal dies that cost hundreds of pounds and took days to manufacture. Our digital system cuts directly from digital design files, meaning minimal or in most cases zero setup costs and rapid turnarounds.
Ready-to-Assemble Output: With our integrated Auto-Taper, your packaging arrives with high-strength adhesive tape already applied. It’s ready for immediate assembly, saving you significant time and labour.
Greater Creative Freedom: Our large sheet size (1000 x 700mm) allows for oversized presentation folders and complex point-of-sale displays that simply weren’t possible before.
No Minimum Orders: This technology is ideal for small batch production and prototyping. Whether you need a single mock-up or 500 branded boxes, we can deliver high-quality results without the usual barriers to entry.
