Print Estimator / Customer Services

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year (subject to experience)

Indigo Ross, based in Sudbury (Suffolk), has been providing quality design, print and Web services since 1995.

As part of our growth programme we are looking to employ an enthusiastic and conscientious Print Estimator / Customer Services team member

Key responsibilities (including but not limited to)

  • Providing estimates and customer service to our clients
  • Utilising our MIS system (Accura) to process enquiries and orders (Full training will be provided)
  • Create accurate and commercially viable quotes within agreed deadlines
  • Experience of digital and large format print would be beneficial
  • Confident in liaising with customers to provide accurate information following an enquiry on the telephone, email and in person
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain the best prices possible
  • Provide clear and accurate information to the production team
  • Ensure that our clients receive high quality products at viable costs, whilst maximising company profit

Large Format Print Production Operative

Job Type: POSITION FILLED
Salary: Subject to experience circa £20k – £24k

Our clients rely on us to produce the highest quality work that meets their deadlines and helps them to elevate their profile. Role

The role of Print Production Operative will be based in our large format print and production department, working on our Epson® printers. The role will include running of these machines and finishing equipment to help facilitate the smooth running of day-to-day projects.

Job Description

  • Experience in the industry would be beneficial, but for the right enthusiastic applicant full training can be provided
  • Running of the large format machines
  • Finishing large format print products, including but not limited to plotter cutting, laminating, mounting to boards, making up pull up banners, eyeleting PVC banners etc.
  • Cleaning maintenance of machines to manufacturers recommendations
  • Maintaining sensible consumable stock levels
  • Suitable protective packaging of finished work
  • Reporting to the Operations Director for the day-to-day workload
  • Ensuring customers work goes out on time and correctly
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with other departments within the company
  • Keep the area clean and tidy at all times
  • Exceptional eye for detail and quality control
  • Support other colleagues/areas of the business
  • Flexible work attitude
  • Strives to continuously improve all areas of the company
  • Full driving license required also preferable but not essential
