Today is #NationalSendACardToAFriendDay!
We live in an ever increasing digital age, with every electronic device you can dream of & everything turning into a minute-by-minute impersonal digital journal on social media. Things like the art of penmanship, handwritten thank you cards, party invitations, letters (& of course the gossip filled notes during school lessons catching up the previous evenings antics whilst the teacher wasn’t looking!) are becoming a distant memory.
So, #NationalSendACardToAFriendDay is all about stepping away from the devices & showing someone how much they mean to you by sending them a handwritten card – it’s as simple as that!
